WEB Bibliography of African Languages and Linguistics
http://sumale.vjf.cnrs.fr/Biblio/.
Here you can search for bibliographical references among a total of more than 24000 entries (from 1920 to 2005), and the display comes with a map. The information comes mainly from J. Maho’s EBALL (http://goto.glocalnet.net/maho/eball.html) which you may already have heard of.
The website owner says “I am responsible for some corrections and additions, and some kind of indexing. Please don’t hesitate to play with the site, and let me know if (when !) something doesn’t work, or if you want a new feature added. Some trouble may be experienced with some browsers not displaying the maps properly.
